-Reconstruction of a roof and reinforcement of an existing school building in Las Flores, Seja/Livingston. The cost of this project is $7,500 with $3,800 to be raised and a grant application for matching funds of $3,700 from the District 5580 Rotary Foundation.

- A water project including 2 water tanks and distribution of the water in the village of El Boqeron, El Estor/Izabal. The cost of this project is $4,500 with $2,250 to be raised and a grant application for matching funds of $2,250 from the District 5580 Rotary Foundation.

- Construction of a 2 room addition at the Health Post of the community of Las Flores, Escuintla to be used as a clinic and pharmacy. The cost of this project is $8,500 with $4,300 to be raised and a grant application for matching funds of $4,200 from the District 5580 Rotary Foundation.

- Contruction of a 3 classroom middle school for the students that pass from elementary school in Agua Caliente, El Estor/Izabal. The cost of this project is $14,000 with $6,800 to be raised and a grant application for matching funds of $7,200 from the District 5580 Rotary Foundation.

- Construction of 2nd level to the Fire/First Responder Station at San Juan La Laguna on Lake Atitlan. The cost of this project is $15,000 with $7,500 to be raised and a grant application for matching funds of $7,500 from the District 5580 Rotary Foundation.
